CPR COACH

Privacy policy

Private by default.

Effective 29 July 2026

Summary

CPR Coach does not require an account and does not collect personal data, track you, serve advertising or use third-party analytics. Session information remains on your devices by default.

Information used by the app

During an active training session, Apple Watch motion sensors are used to estimate compression events, cadence, pauses and a relative displacement trend. Derived training metrics are sent directly to the paired iPhone using Apple’s WatchConnectivity framework.

Onboarding status, training preferences and saved session summaries are stored locally on the relevant device. CPR Coach does not use HealthKit or cloud synchronisation.

Data sharing

CPR Coach does not transmit session data to the developer and does not sell or share personal information. If you choose to export a Premium session summary, you control where that file is sent using the iOS share sheet.

Purchases and Apple services

Premium purchases are processed by Apple. Apple may process purchase and device information under Apple’s own privacy policy. CPR Coach receives only the entitlement needed to unlock Premium features.

Retention and deletion

You can delete saved session history from within the app. Removing the app deletes its locally stored information, subject to normal device backup behaviour controlled by Apple and your settings.

Children

CPR Coach is a training tool and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Children should use CPR Coach only as part of appropriately supervised CPR training.
